Welcome to EasyBill. By accessing or using our mobile application, desktop application, website, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using EasyBill, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
EasyBill provides billing, invoicing, inventory management, and related business tools. Features may vary by platform (Android, Windows, etc.) and may be updated or discontinued at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and promptly update any changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any third-party services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to provide, sync, and improve the Service (e.g., storing and processing your data on our servers if you use cloud sync).

EasyBill, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payment terms (including refunds) are governed by the platform through which you purchase (e.g., Google Play). We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our Disclaimer applies to your use of the Service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyBill, its developer(s), and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
